Rick has 20 plus years experience in developing creative process solutions for the automotive retailer.
He has a track record in achieving profitable results under diffcult enviroments while specializing in all aspects of business
development, process training, retail, and B2B. He has developed sales territories, developed compliance workshops, launched
BDC / Internet departments, increased dealer's retail market share in sales & service, set up sub-prime departments, conducted
digital marketing campaigns, turned around under-performing sales departments and implemented e-commerce concepts for over
500 retailers and 20 different franchises while with Reynolds & Reynolds.
Rick holds various insurance and investments licenses. He has develped training and development seminars in China,
South Africa, and USA. He also has developed a series of compliance, arbitration, boot camp, and F&I development workshops
for consulting groups and larger independent dealers.
